Our client is seeking a Property Management Accountant with a wide range of responsibilities across the Finance Function, reporting into the Finance Manager.

A Global Management Company based in Maidenhead.
Description
You will be responsible for the production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts with variance analysis to budget, commentary and re forecasting, maintaining reliable and accurate data in the General Ledger and posting of journals including accruals and prepayments
You will also assist with the annual budgeting process and maintain the fixed asset register alongside the production of statutory accounts for subsidiaries of the group.
Other areas of the role include but aren't limited to:
- Liaise with external auditors
- To have an oversight of Service Charge and cover colleagues for absence / peaks in workload
- Asses the suitability of new customers (P&L) by performing credit checks for covenant strength
- Build relationships with the wider Finance team and the Business Unit
Profile
Suitably qualified accountant with relevant post qualification experience. you will need to have excellent attention to detail and a positive outlook.
Communication skills are key for success in the role as well as the ability to work independently or part of a team.
Property experience is advantageous
