Previously worked purchase ledger and with international suppliers is a must, within a fast paced department dealing with supplier queries. Great communication skills and solving problems would be advantageous.
Client Details
The client is a leading property management company who deal with villa's abroad. The company has exceptional offices and are looking to grow their finance team to match the companies own growth.
Description
The successful candidate will be given duties which include:
- To process rental and commission invoices onto Access Dimensions once authorized by Reservations/Development VP
- To pay commission invoices by BACS when due, and advise supplier on payment when required
- Adhoc market analysis requested by senior management
- Provide cashflow forecasts to senior management in relation to supplier payments
- TOMS calculations and statutory reporting
- Build relationships with suppliers and deal with queries
- Be the gatekeeper of client rates and liaise with reservations to ensure gross margin objectives are upheld
- To prepare month end commission report and pass to the Guest Services Coordinator EME. Review before passing to EMEA Finance Director
