Are you a newly qualified accountant with a passion to progress into a multinational environment? We are currently looking to speak with recently qualified accountants for an exciting opportunity to join an existing and expanding finance team. We require a self-starting team-player who is flexible and has the drive to meet the challenges of a fast moving business. Responsibilities: Preparation of quarterly accounts Calculation of monthly payments Preparation of quarterly accounting information Preparation of quarterly board papers to tight deadlines Monitoring compliance with corporate formalities and operative agreements Dealing with various external parties Preparation / filing VAT and statutory returns Drafting Board minutes Special projects as required. Approval of payments to third parties Requirements: ACA/ACCA Qualification Practical experience in a practice or industry environment
