Tax Free Strategic Planning Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Salary: €200-250k + bens Our client, an Electricity Generation/Distribution - Utilities company based in Saudi Arabia is seeking to hire a Strategic Finance & Planning Manager to join their team. Role Purpose: Leads, directs and oversees the strategy development, competitive market analysis and monitoring, manage regulatory strategy, corporate development activities including new business opportunities and due diligence process. In addition to leading the strategic initiatives within the company, provide administrative support to all finance BU. Secure and review MOUs. Develop, builds and nurtures international relations, in addition to external stakeholders. Skills & Knowledge Required: Leadership and management ability is essential along with well-developed analytical and organization skills The demonstration of specific competencies is considered to be essential for this level of position. These include outstanding strengths in “Impact and Influence”, “Commercial Acumen”, “Seeing the big picture” and “Empowerment” in addition to very well developed skills in ‘Leadership', ‘Achievement Drive', ‘Decisiveness/Judgment” and ‘Developing others'. Qualifications and Experience Required: University Degree in Accounting or Finance, or related management field with 16 years of experience OR Master Degree in Accounting or Finance or related management field professional certification like CFA or CPA with 14 years of experience. Must have broad-based and extensive experience in strategic planning, in depth market experience analysis, developing models and scenarios, leading cultural change.
