Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Clients’ due diligence
• Analyzing documents
• Reviewing clients’ AML/KYC records
• Being the main point of contact for Clients regarding AML/KYC issues
• Monitoring transactions, verifying data
• Analyzing cases generated by the internal system by verifying transactions alerted on customer’s accounts
• Arranging weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
• Taking part in meetings with Clients (online)
• Ensuring that the quality and productivity levels are achieved

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proven experience in AML/KYC
• Proven experience in SSC/BPO sector
