Description

  • Leading 4 staffs in taiwan
  • Business strategy planning and provide actual/forecast of performance analysis
  • P&L Margin Analysis
  • Reviewing the accuracy and timeliness of daily accounting treatment
  • Ensure punctual and top quality delivery of closing activities.
  • Handle and lead the financial management reports, statutory reports, and internal management reports
  • Manage the account reconciliation review
  • Monitor and interpret cash flows, predicting future trends and suggest of any improvements in the flows and/or processes to secure and/or automate and/or lighten the daily operations
  • Reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Inventory management of stock flow control and capacity improvement
  • Assist with system implementation and set up internal control process
  • Other projects assigned by global


    • Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration
    • CPA/CFA License is recommended
    • Strong communication in Mandarin and English
    • Leadership experience and business partnering experience is highlighted
    • Flexible and energetic personality
    • Hands-on accounting and can do attitude
    • System implementation experience is plus
    • Experience with multiple functions or regional coverage recommended

    * If you have experience with building up team or supported in business transformation is a plus
