- Optimize the finance & accounting process to improve efficiency and control risk
- Ensure the compliance align with global standard and regulation
- Conduct budget, planning and analysis and provide sound suggestion for business decision
- Identify the opportunity for improvement and optimize finance structure
- Support M&A and finance projects management
- Work closely with board secretary to provide effective finance communication
- Team management and finance talent development
