Cabonne Shire Council is seeking to fill this senior position within Council's organisation. Due to a proposed merger with a neighbouring Council no longer proceeding, Council is able to offer this position.
A new General Manager has recently been appointed and is seeking to create his senior management team. We invite you to join with the General Manager and bring a fresh perspective to Cabonne's future.
Cabonne Shire Council is located in the Central West of NSW. It is a Shire of ‘villages' with 11 towns and villages that present unique challenges and opportunities. It has close proximity to the vibrant city of Orange, with access to excellent medical, educational and regional sporting and recreational activities.
The Council is well resourced and finances are in good order. There are 170 staff employed. Council's assets are well maintained. Council has been deemed “fit” under the current reforms.
