We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst or Business Consultant with 5+ years working experiences and knowledge from consulting background. This role requires in-depth experience in handling data projects across data value chain (data provision, data management, data consumption)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst or Business Consultant with 5+ years working experiences and knowledge from consulting background. This role requires in-depth experience in handling data projects across data value chain (data provision, data management, data consumption)
The candidate is expected to have:
- Good understanding of business requirements in banking and able to bridge the gap, serve as liaison between business team and technical team
- Conduct requirement gathering and document business requirements and specifications needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementation
- In-depth experience in handling data projects across data provisioning, data management or data consumption for business decisions
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
- Understand emerging digital trends in the market
- Able to produce high quality written proposals & presentations
- Possess excellent communications skills as candidate will work in close collaboration with analysts, developers, stakeholders, and clients in support of a wide range of new and existing applications
- Support seniors to build knowledge through research of market trends and directions
- Create new insights an recommendation for client discussion
- Work closely with Go To Market team to provide pre-sales support around offerings
- Lead and manage work stream delivery on assigned projects
- Implement corrective and timely actions when require to ensure work stream delivery stays on track
- Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Hands on experience with in-depth data analysis, data profiling, data modelling, or source to target data mapping
- Mid to high level proficiency with SQL
- Knowledge of Big data ecosystem is desirable but not mandatory
- Able to take ownership and be proactive with respect to business and technology challenges and solutions
- Creative and pragmatic problem solver, and self-motivated individual
- Team player and able to work with different people from different cultures and environments
- Driven with a passion for learning, creating things and understand technology in general
- Comfortable with shifting priorities to meet the needs of the customer
- Always maintain high degree of personal and professional integrity
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- IT or Business Degree
- Specific Consulting Training or Certifications
