Our client is a fast growing company in a booming industry and they are targeting to be in listed in 2 years.
工作内容
1、全面负责集团整体财务工作的规划、管理和不断优化；
2、负责集团上市过程中及上市后的财务规范化运作；
3、为董事会经营决策提供依据，协助董事会制定公司战略，制定公司财务战略规划；
4、优化财务部门建设，建立科学、系统符合企业实际情况的财务核算体系和财务监控体系，进行有效的内部控制；
5、制定公司资金运营计划，监督资金管理报告和预、决算；
6、主持对重大投资项目和经营活动的`风险评估、指导、跟踪和财务风险控制；
7、参与公司重要事项的分析和决策，为公司业务发展及对外投资等事项提供财务方面的分析和决策依据。
