Senior FPA Financial Analyst
Position can be filled in Richmond, VA, Waynesboro, VA, or Charlotte, NC
The Senior FPA Financial Analyst supports business operations and contributes to projects within the Finance, Planning, and Analysis (FP&A) department. The position has exposure to functional leaders and collects and presents data in an executive friendly format. The senior financial analyst conducts high level analyses at the corporate level and contributes in the areas of budgeting, business planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting, M&A/valuation, and ad–hoc FP&A projects as required. The position could be specifically responsible for any of the following:
?? Revenue, cost of revenue, and operational expense reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
?? Running and maintaining Five Year Business Model for long range planning.
?? Customer analysis, segmentation, and reporting.
?? Monthly Operating Report assembly.
?? Integration of acquired company data for analysis and reporting.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance, MBA preferred
Experience:5 – 7 years' experience preferred in related positions, to included forecasting and budgeting
Strong reporting and analytical skills and ability to do data mining
Experience with month end financial reporting and variance analysis;
Experience with financial modeling;
Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
Strong business acumen and ability to work with cross functional groups
Strong computer skills required, MS Office, specifically Excel; Sisence experience a plus
