We are looking for a strong finance professional to lead the company's initial public offering in the U.S. market.
Client Details
My client is a leading payment company with business operations overseas. With clear timeline for U.S. IPO, they are now looking for a chief financial officer to lead the process.
Description
This is a CFO level position to head the company's capital market operation overseas. He or She will work closely with executive team and the execution of their company strategy. Additionally, he or she will supervise the company's finance operation as well as investment team.
Profile
Preferred candidates with 10+ years' experience¡¡in preferably TMT sector. He or she needs to have experience in leading or involving in a U.S. IPO project; and familiar with the U.S. capital markets. He or She needs to have demonstrated leadership capabilities, and strong communication skills.
