Wealth Protection Policy Specialist

Wealth Protection Policy Specialist Insurance Job: our client is a reputable life insurance company who have a requirement for wealth protection policy specialists to join their growing team due to expansion. Successful candidates will be fluent in Italian/Spanish or Portuguese and will be responsible for managing the daily tasks of the operations and wealth protection product lines. Responsibilities •             Work as part of a dynamic team and be responsible for new business and policy servicing related issues whilst adhering to company SLA's. •             Manage queries and issue log and ensure accurate information is maintained for oversight and reporting purposes. •             Ability to identify issues and escalate any to the team leader. •             Ensure that all AML and Regulatory requirements are met according to the CBI. •             Monitor the relationships and identify any issues affecting customer satisfaction and report same to management. •             Ability to play an active role in a diverse team in a busy environment. Requirements •             Fluency in Italian, Spanish or Portuguese •             Minimum of 2 years relevant experience i.e. life insurance industry, legal or compliance background. •             Relevant third level qualification desirable. •             Ideally candidates should have own mode of transport •             Experience in Anti Money Laundering, due diligence and Consumer Protection Codes is an advantage. •             Knowledge and experience of investment products in an Insurance environment would be an advantage.
