Permanent Position with Global brand Senior position with autonomy City Centre location Salary up to €37k plus benefits At Lex Consultancy we are currently recruiting for a top tier Dublin professional services organisation who are seeking a professional and capable Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This is a permanent position that will be based in their Dublin 2 offices. Working as part of a high performing department, this is a stand alone accounts role with a lot of autonomy that requires a capable and motivated Senior Accounts Assistant who will take responsibility for the following: •Preparing accounts to Trial balance •Banking administration and maintenance of the online banking platforms •Processing of daily client receipts •Managing internal and external bank transfers in line with Regulation guidelines •Preparing monthly bank reconciliations •Preparing VAT and VIES return •Processing invoices for the purchase ledger and payment of creditors •Responsible for the administration and reconciliation of petty cash •Drafting of bills at month end •Credit Control •Liaising with Partners, internal staff and clients in relation to general finance queries To be considered for this position, applicants will ideally have experience working in a "stand alone" accounts position and also meet the following requirements: •Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail •A team player but can work on your own initiative •Thrive in a busy, high volume environment and have the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure •Focused and organised •Two / three years general book keeping experience •Display excellent customer service and communication skills •IATI or equivalent accounts qualification with previous exposure to the legal sector would be advantageous To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, please send a copy of your cv for immediate review to Laura Craughwell at Lex Consultancy via the enclosed link.
