My Client a leading Organisation within the Food Sector are looking to attract a Payroll Administrator for their growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and payment of weekly payroll. Key Responsibilities: Running of payroll and issuing weekly reports & EFT within prescribed timeframe Fully responsible for checking of trial and final payroll outputs Review & transfer of paid hours & holidays from T&A to Payroll Collection, maintenance and processing of employee deductions All aspects of payroll compliance and controls Resolution of staff wage and tax queries Various Projects, both site and Group, to be agreed from time to time e.g. System & process testing & project work The successful candidate will have 3-4 years experience in a similar role managing high volume payroll ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. IPASS qualified or other related finance qualification essential. Excellent communication and administrative skills coupled with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and met deadlines. This role requires a self motivated confident individual who is capable at interacting at all levels within an Organisation. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
