Client Details

Leading software company in the industry. This client is one of the most top players on the market. They have positioned themselves well in Asia and across other regions. Currently recruiting a new role to run the mature expansion in Taiwan of IPO and IR.

Description

• Arrange presentation material for investor relations and regional
• Oversee the financial risk factors and give recommendation for further action plan
• Assist with advising shareholding structure, handle relative transactions, and participate in board meetings
• IPO implementation and financial-related project planning and execution
• Cooperate with IPO projects to establish the accounting system and internal control process required by IPO standards
• Responsible for communication and coordination with accounting firm, counselling brokers and securities management units
• Coordinate the auditors for financial statements and prepare audit reports, follow up and supervise the implementation of audit recommendations, plan and review the company's financial operations, review various financial operations to comply with accounting and tax regulations

Profile

• Minimal 10 years of professional experience of IPO, commercial experience in house is highly preferred
• Great command English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Great leadership in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and able to work under pressure
• CPA/MBA is preferred
• Strong team management experience
• Service/Start up/Software industry is plus industry is plus
