As the Finance Business Partner you will reporting to the Finance Manager for Retail, this position will play a vital role in supporting the Business to make the right decisions and deliver the current Budget.

Description
The Finance Business Partner will be an extremely commercial individual who is adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and is able to develop a strong and credible business understanding to enable high level business partnering.
The main responsibilities include leading the management accounting for your division of the business. This includes management of 2 Finance Business Partners, P&L, Balance sheet as well as non-financial items such as FTE reporting.
This is a demanding but varied and extremely interesting role and will give you exposure to senior stakeholders across the business (finance and non-finance).
Profile
Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner
System experience with SAP/ ERP/HFM will be advantageous.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
Excellent IT / Excel skills
Proven experience interacting with/influencing senior finance and non-finance stakeholders is highly desirable.
Providing leadership on financial management and able to influence other members of the finance team to drive change and achieve results. Previous management experience will be advantageous.
Job Offer
£45k - £50k dependant on experience
