Description
- Managing a small, but growing, finance team including mentoring and performance management
- Leading the banking relationship for the business
- Improving the infrastructure of the finance function by streamlining and improving systems and processes
- Managing cashflow for the business on a daily basis
- Producing detailed budgets and models for the business
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Working with our external accountants to deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts
- Ensure tight financial control and reporting for each of the company's business units
- Leading the annual audit project with external auditors
Profile
- Formally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a proven track record operating at Financial Controller level
- Experience working for SME in an all round role
- Be well motivated, enthusiastic and a strong team player
- Be highly organised, with a particularly good attention to detail and excel at working under pressure
Job Offer
The Financial Controller Role is paying £50-60,000 depending on experience plus other benefits.
