Job Description
- Lead the corporate and group controllership function includes accounting, finance, tax, treasury, P2P, O2C and corporate compliance
- Manage company audits, consolidation, corporate reporting with strong experience in IFRS
- Manage treasury function including multi-currency exposure in multiple countries
- Lead the Tax, Treasury and Compliance function, with in-house experts in the team
- Manage the audits, regulators and tax compliance
- Strategic partner to Product, business and other team leaders in the group
- Establish sound internal control and standard financial/operating procedure
- Lead special finance projects, manage the centralized finance systems with an ambition to further automate processes
- Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements
- Support corporate development initiatives and investor reporting
- Prepare financial planning and analysis, tracking and managing of budget and rolling forecast.
- Assist with preparation of Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow Statement, as well as other reporting deliverable
- Assist in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements, analytical reviews, as well as other reporting deliverable to stakeholders
- Assist with dealing with complex accounting issues and meeting reporting requirements
- Qualified CA or CPA with a degree in Accounting
- At least 7 years of working experience in financial analysis and management reporting in both public accounting (Big 4) and commercial firms
- Hands-on and at the same time strategic
- Ability to work at all levels (operational, tactical and strategic)
- Inspiring Communication and Leadership qualities, including the passion to help educate and level up the organization
- Strong business acumen with sound decision making qualities
- Experience in Finance Due Diligence in support of M&A, investments, etc
