About the role

Reporting directly to the Finance Director for LATAM the candidate will play a key role as we continue to build on the Operational and Supply Chain Excellence Pillars across LATAM.

Principal responsibilities are to plan, manage and support the delivery of the SAP platform as well Key initiatives aligned to the Operations and Supply Chain Excellence Agenda. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with LATAM Supply Chain Director and Operations Director´s while providing support and development to the plants leadership team. As the Finance Business Partner responsibility is to ensure strategic plans are delivered in Supply Chain and that costs are optimised.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity for career progression as the key partner to the Operations Finance Director and Supply Chain Director of LATAM.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform a business partner linkage role between the Operations and Supply Chain Directors in the business through:
  • Working capital initiatives (Ensuring Inventory is at optimum levels and IDO´s targets are achieved)
  • Ensure Inventory governance & coordination (Delivery of Cycle counting procedures and visibility of progress)
  • Accelerate (Kerry’s internal optimization programme): Act as business partner driving savings though delivery of the strategic pillars.
  • Driving capacity analysis to highlight areas for cost saving, volume risk/opportunity ensuring we have the significant foresight to ensure no business disruption.
  • Production of a monthly Supply-Chain Dashboard enabling a KPI driven function.
  • Management and development of the Distribution Cadence and Visibility:
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to establish clear governance and control on the freight inwards and outbound process.
  • Support Commercial finance margin and help in identifying opportunities for further revenue recovery / growth, cost reduction and margin enhancement
  • Support and ensure consistency and accuracy of Commercial finance reporting systems AFO and SAP
  • Work closely with the Finance Director on the delivery of key strategic LATAM projects such as:
  • End to End Supply-Chain Optimisation (Distribution and Warehousing Footprint)
  • Cost Optimisation Programme
  • Acquisition Implementation
  • Other projects as they come on-line
  • Qualifications and skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to get on with people in multicultural environments

  • Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial managers
  • Solution orientated management style
  • Developing and utilizing performance based measurements
  • Ideally at least 5+ years in a similar management role within manufacturing industry
  • Working in a manufacturing environment under tight reporting deadlines
  • A Strong People Management experience
  • Knowledge of SAP would be desirable
