An European family business (manufacturing and construction projects) is looking for Finance Controller in China.

Location opens to both Beijing and Tianjin.

Its China business enjoys up to 60% profit margin.

The role opens as Global HQ is investing 30% more in China to keep scaling the business.

Description

The Regional Controller supports the VP in charge of the region to optimize organization and to secure the execution of the plan to deliver expected short and mid term results. She/his is responsible for overall financial matters within the region including profitability analysis (product, project, pricing, mix, volume). She/His working in strong alignment with the Group Controller to deliver just in time daily update of the results of the month, sales margin analysis, estimation and ad hoc plan.

• She/his fully contributes to the profitability improvement within the region
• She/his manage the overall financial network of the region
• She/his support the production of financial statement in a timely and accurate manner
• She/his ensure the safeguarding of the financial assets of the region trough strict and organized implementation of financial Group procedures and processes and adequate internal controls

Profile

Big 4 accounting firm experience

Manufacturing industry working experience, especially (Percentage-of-completion method:完工百分比法) exposure preferred

Fluent English and strong multi stakeholder management skill

10 years of working experience in finance
