Previously worked purchase ledger and with international suppliers is a must, within a fast paced department dealing with supplier queries. Great communication skills and solving problems would be advantageous.

Description

The successful candidate will be given duties which include:

• To process rental and commission invoices onto Access Dimensions once authorized by Reservations/Development VP

• To pay commission invoices by BACS when due, and advise supplier on payment when required

• Adhoc market analysis requested by senior management

• Provide cashflow forecasts to senior management in relation to supplier payments

• TOMS calculations and statutory reporting

• Build relationships with suppliers and deal with queries

• Be the gatekeeper of client rates and liaise with reservations to ensure gross margin objectives are upheld

• To prepare month end commission report and pass to the Guest Services Coordinator EME. Review before passing to EMEA Finance Director
