We are looking for an ambitious candidate to join as FC with a view to stepping up into the FD role in 2-3 years' time as part of succession planning.
Applicants need to be qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), self starters and interested in working closely with an entrepreneur on a journey of growth.
You will already have worked in a role that exposes you to the full cycle of accounting and control within a fast moving business; ideally with experience of foreign exchange and dealing with international suppliers.
The appeal of working towards the FD role should be what drives you. The successful candidate will already consider themselves to be commercially minded and will also be able to demonstrate interpersonal skills that work well at all levels to implement ideas and influence change.
