Treasury Manager

Large service company seeks a Treasury Manager to join their team. This position contributes to company's success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support its global operations through overseeing operational and strategic projects. The Manager will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities. This includes assisting with the development of cash management banking solutions for all business segments of the company and supporting the payment reconciliation process.
Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot payment issues
• Approve new vendors
• Implement new Treasury services
• Maintain and support 4,000 bank accounts
• Provide training to Accounting or Field
• ADMIN across banking platforms
• Knowledge of Credit Facilities and administrator for drawdowns and paydowns
• Knowledge of FX translation across multiple currencies
• Knowledge of merchant credit card process and rates
• Work closely with internal groups (Accounting, Legal, Investment, property management) on banking issues
• Supervise 2 staff
• Assist Director on projects

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience utilizing finance/accounting systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Continuous enthusiasm and positive approach to problem solving
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
