Do you have experience in managing AP processes and team? Do you want to join the global company and be a part of a growing organization? Currently for our Client we are looking for AP manager and team leader.
Your tasks:
Managing of the AP team Managing transition of new processes into the shared service center and local implementation of supporting systemsEnsuring that systems, policies, and procedures are in line with company policies Standardizing procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the companyActively driving internal initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement and realizing efficienciesSupport key AP-related projects such as business integrations and system implementationsPerformance assessment, coaching, training and development of the team members to improve productivityEstablishing and maintaining close and professional partnerships with internal stakeholdersEnsuring that high working standard and customer satisfactions are metReviewing and managing reports, KPIs, and other key indicators of service delivery performance Our requirements:
Very good knowledge of AP processesexperience in managing or supervising team in the field of accounting, preferably in SSC/BPO sectorUniversity degree in Finance or AccountingPeople management skills Fluency in English and Polish language We offer:
