Do you have experience in managing AP processes and team? Do you want to join the global company and be a part of a growing organization? Currently for our Client we are looking for AP manager and team leader.

Your tasks:
  • Managing of the AP team
  • Managing transition of new processes into the shared service center and local implementation of supporting systems
  • Ensuring that systems, policies, and procedures are in line with company policies
  • Standardizing procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the company
  • Actively driving internal initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement and realizing efficiencies
  • Support key AP-related projects such as business integrations and system implementations
  • Performance assessment, coaching, training and development of the team members to improve productivity
  • Establishing and maintaining close and professional partnerships with internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring that high working standard and customer satisfactions are met
  • Reviewing and managing reports, KPIs, and other key indicators of service delivery performance
  • Our requirements:
  • Very good knowledge of AP processes
  • experience in managing or supervising team in the field of accounting, preferably in SSC/BPO sector
  • University degree in Finance or Accounting
  • People management skills
  • Fluency in English and Polish language
