Client Details

Our client was founded in Shanghai with several subsidiaries across the country and has been growing fast by serving big MNC clients ;

Description

1.Provide practical advisory to guide client compliance with Chinese regulations and practices;
2.Prepare financial and tax analyses and modelling for investments, operations, supply chains, restructuring, and some transfer pricing;
3.Able to initiate and manage negotiations with tax authorities to secure successful outcomes for clients;
4.Able to defend clients to Chinese authorities during tax audits and to negotiate positive outcomes;
5.Have a deep practical knowledge of Chinese corporate taxation, tax compliance, and corporate accounting of foreign invested enterprises in China.

Profile

1.Strong communication and consulting skills and experience dealing tactfully with clients;
2.Able to effectively lead client meetings and deliver professional-level consulting;
3.Bachelor (or above) in Accounting, Tax or Finance;
4.Professional qualifications in the following would be advantageous: Accounting or tax such as middle level or higher Chinese professional accountant or CPA, CTA or ACCA;
5.3 or more years of experience in an international accounting, tax or audit firm or multinational company.
