My client is a leading player in its industry. With upcoming expansion plans, we are hiring a strategic Finance leader to oversee full Finance spectrum for the APAC region.

The Role

Successful Profile & Expectations:

1) CFO professionals with proven track record in driving strategic business plans and partnering Commercial leaders & Senior Management in delivering expansion strategies

2) Strong leadership skills, and hands-on to drive data analytics/ process/ system improvement initiatives across the region

3) Desired: Strong business acumen, strategic, assertive, driven, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work in a fast paced and lean structure

4) Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants

This position is the overall lead of the APAC Finance team and reports to the APAC MD. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of Financial activities for the APAC region, providing leadership to the finance teams across the region in delivering statutory, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, taxation, internal controls, audit and cashflow management activities. You will evaluate business performance KPIs and implement strategic objectives into achievable plans, drive strategic planning process across APAC and play a key role in supporting company's rapid expansion plans (including hotel openings).

As a key Finance representative for the region, you will provide advice and guidance on financial aspects in key decision-making processes, as well as in ensuring compliance to statutory and company policies and in minimizing any potential financial risk exposure.

You will also evaluate current processes to drive process streamlining and system enhancement projects, focus especially on areas where current processes are manual, and partner closely with management and regional teams to initiate improvement activities.

Your Profile

• Degree qualified, CPA / MBA
• Seasoned Finance professional with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in driving strategic business plans and partnering Commercial leaders & Senior Management in delivering expansion strategies
