With more than a century history worldwide, they have established themselves a strong business partner in manufacturing the consumer products, customised to their clients needs. Supporting the growth of their business, they are now looking to onboard an Assistant Finance Manager in this newly created role to manage their Singapore operations.

about the job

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for full set of accounts, financial and management reporting, intercompany transactions and reconciliations, as well as statutory compliance matters, including GST filing, liaising with tax agents, auditors for their local operations. You will also support their cash flow management, treasury related matters and manage banking relationships. On the business front, you will partner with supply chain and operations to drive productivity, optimise inventory and monitor product costing. You will also provide analysis of business performance and drive improvements to processes and systems.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be degree qualified and at least 6 years of hands-on accounting experiences gained from similar business set up. Candidates without prior analysis exposure but have good potential in developing this skillset can also be considered. Experience with Microsoft D365 and Hyperion would be highly advantageous.
