• Micron Hyderabad Global Delivery Center is looking to hire IT Business Analyst for Back End Global Manufacturing /Production Planning for their Enterprise Applications Teams
• In this role at Micron you will be responsible for working across SAP Production Planing modules where in you will participate in the ongoing partnership and communication with the various Enterprise Architecture (EA) teams, Site IT, Solution Managers, Project Managers, and with project teams to develop and implement systems that align with Micron's Systems Architecture and Roadmaps. You will leverage your high level understanding of the Solution Group's business processes and / or the IT solutions that solve the business needs to provide direction on future capabilities and roadmaps
• You will work to design new systems and improve existing systems, create design documentation, software specifications, and testing/training scenarios and will evaluate processes for alignment opportunities.
• You will participate in new functionality estimation, analysis, design and testing and define application requirements by working closely with the Global Order Management stakeholders and other members of the project teams.
• As a project team member, you will support the entire project lifecycle from initial project definition to project implementation (including testing and training) through to project closure.
• You will also be an expert Production Planning ,Subcontracting and Finisihed Goods planning processes and systems; identify, recommend, and drive process improvements; and serve as a consultant on these processes and systems for partners and customers.
• Serve as an internal consultant within Back End manfucturing business process teams and partner organizations on SAP PP capabilities and implement operations execution best practices
• Provide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches

Provide subject matter expertise in one or more service's domains and / or their technical roadmap solutions

• Understand the high-level business processes and requirements.
• Understand how our IT solutions solve business problems both today and enable the business plans for the future.
• Maintain technical and service domain subject matter expertise to provide input on future roadmap decisions.
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of business, data, application and technology architectures.
• Partner with IT Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, Solution Group Managers, and business unit stakeholders to understand business requirements and how they align to existing roadmap solutions and capabilities.
• Provide work estimates for EA and Portfolio project efforts.
• Work with project teams during design and execution to ensure alignment to existing roadmap and reference architectures.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure their solutions continue to meet our business needs.
• Execute all EA processes by using the Architecture Development Methodology, Project Architecture Review, and Roadmap Management processes to ensure the value and flexibility of Micron's information technology.
• Drive consistencies across technologies.
• Develop, oversee, and evangelize best practices.
• Keep architecture& solution artifacts up-to-date.
  Qualifications and Experience:
• The candidate should have Functional experience of 5-10 years and expert level proficiency into SAP Production Planing & Warehouse Management modules with S4 HANA and preferable ABAP development know how
• Proven experience in architecting ,designing and implementing a robust data model and integration frame work between ERP systems such as SAP ECC , E2OPen and other external systems.
• Work experience in end to end implementations of Production Planning modules in SAP ,having experince of EWM is an added advantange.
• Should posses the deep industry knowledge with respect to high tech industries and Semi-Conductor back ground is high preferable
• Strong domain knowledge to understand how the applications within area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes.
• Ability to prepare and deliver design proposals to user, management and executive levels
• Able to ask appropriate questions to assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration complexity, architecture constraints.
• Lead the project team to design and develop functional specifications for future portfolio projects and change requests
• Candidate will be responsible for project/change request proposals, documentation, high level testing criteria
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability
• Self-motivated and outcome oriented
• Capability to build strong rapport with customer groups
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

Education:

• Btech ,MBA , B.S./B.B.A. in Information Systems, Business, Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or industry-related curriculum
• Graduate studies a plus
