Procurement operations is a team within Procurement GBS that is overall responsible for indirect spend; delivering and supporting Order management, Tactical sourcing, purchasing support for inventory managed materials at production sites, invoice resolution activities, P2P system support & PO audit controls
The positionAs Business Analyst, you will be responsible to focus areas like corporate financial BI visualization applications which are used for financial reporting and business decisions. In this role, you will work as an integrated part of the BI and Analytics team for Product supply with close collaboration across India and Denmark. Your individual contribution to the team will be critical in driving the upscaling of BI and Analytics within Finance in Novo Nordisk.Simultaneously, you will have to provide business solutions for reporting and analysis using Alteryx, Qlik Sense and Tableau, co-develop new innovative solutions for the finance community using latest technologies and performing rigorous detailed analysis, resolution of issues and data quality checkFurthermore, you will have to ensure the quality of the solutions provided to the Stakeholders and adhering to the project plan. You should assist in user acceptance test, troubleshooting and end-user supportAdditionally, you will ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support to the front office in Headquarter.
QualificationsBelow are the qualifications required• Bachelor of commerce or Equivalent Qualification with good academic track record and grades• 3 to 4 years of experience in Alteryx and Tableau• Basic knowledge on web development (css, html, JS)• Solid experience covering specification, design, development or implementation of Qlik solutions.• Good knowledge on Qlik Sense Data security and section access models.• Strong User experience skills and able to provide right advice to the business.• Proficient on working with complex data models and different schemas.• Experience in SQL, relational databases and dimensional modelling.• Good experience with application management and support processes
