Summary:

This is a developing professional role within the region (APAC/EMEA) to aid existing strategies and facilitate progress within the Regional Consumer Operations through the Client Obsession Program. The key role would be review data, monitoring outcomes, realigning tactics, maintaining compliance, and delivering desired results. As the role deals with most problems independently, it is expected that the applicant has some latitude to solve complex problems and develop a good understanding of how the team, countries and region integrate with one others in accomplishing the objectives of the Project. A keen eye to detail is a requisite when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information acquired through data analysis tools such as JIRA, SharePoints, Sales Force etc. This Role requires to displays accountability as the project enumerates variable issues with potentially broader business impact, apply professional judgment when interpreting results , and adept communication and diplomacy skills in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information to various line of businesses within the Region, Senior Leadership and other Stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collating information from various business that analyze the process, policies and technology, define client centric & business welcoming goals, preparing detailed plans and deliverable timelines by partnering with Regional and In-country business units.
  • Identify road blocks and areas of improvement within in-country business and involving regional stakeholders to provide amicable solutions
  • Formulate avenues for businesses to engage, interact and achieve optimal success through cross pollination of ideas and solutions.
  • Maintaining project timeframes, objectives and communications. Run workshops, training sessions and various other employee engagement
  • Verifying data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a project.
  • Providing support by handling some operational aspects of a project - coordinating with stakeholders, conducting internal meetings/cadences, and streamlining the overall workflow.
  • Performing periodic Quality checks to ensure implementations meet project objectives.
  • Monitoring the project and establishing key performance indicators that can track impact of the implementations.
  • Preparing presentations and regular status reports.
  • Maintaining repository within tools and acting as the main source of information about the project to external teams.

Qualification:

  • Excellent: MS excel, MS word, MS powerpoint, sharepoint skills.
  • Robust & Rich Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Adept presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Keen to quickly understand and learn new tools and technology
