Sr Business Analyst- Channel

Key work Areas:

1. Prepare/Analyze the Business Requirement Document (BRD) and coordinate with Design/build team for implementation

2. Analyze the BRD and provide the effort estimates

3. Arrange business requirement workshops and drive it

4. Analyse the business needs

5. Evaluate the options available for possible solution

6. Manage change requests

7. Monitor design/build progress and resolve requirement queries

8. Provide support during testing (SIT/UAT) and review the user stories

9. Track production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)

10. Vendor co-ordination and addressing the issues

11. Knowledge transfers to new resources

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. 8-10 years' experience as a Business Analyst

2. 5+ years' experience in Corporate banking Channels (Cash & Trade knowledge)

3. Agile environment experience is must

4. Prior implementation experience of Payments/payrolls (Individual & Bulk) processing is must

5. Good understanding of Online Channels, Host to Host and backend system integration/data migration

6. Deposits, loans, Liquidity & virtual accounts is an added advantage

7. Understanding of services, APIs

8. Ability to prepare requirement documents

9. Good communication
