As an Part Qualified Accountant you will be given the opportunity to create, learn and innovate the billing and accounts receivable processes. What that means on a day to day basis is interacting with various departments across the company to ensure all processes are understood and supported.

Description
As the Part Qualified Accountant you would be involved in:
Support reporting requirements on the order book
- Ensuring the sales invoicing is completed
- Support the answering of complex queries (rebates, VAT and other commercial metrics)
- Support team leaders with any queries
Providing advice around sales invoicing legislation and specifically export sales trading
- Posting of journals
- Allocation of the Work In Progress (WIP)
- Understanding the tax implications of importing parts from different part of the world
Analyse and resolve any un-reconcilable items
Profile
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Experience of Billing and Sales Invoicing
Experience of goods invoicing & export
- Be a Part Qualified Accountant
- Have project accounting experience
- Experience in AR functions
- Competent using ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP or Sage
