Classification: Data Entry Clerk
Compensation: $17.00 to $20.00 hourly
The strongest candidates for this position will have an eagle eye for even the tiniest inconsistencies and errors, and be able to create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes. You will be successful in this clerk position if you're able to enter high volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases with utmost precision and speed and must possess a high level of organization, reliability and attention to detail. This short–term temporary position requires the Data Entry Clerk to be based in Boston, Massachusetts. How you will make an impact – Preparing data for computer entry by assembling and organizing information; creating entry priorities – Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information – Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions – Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements – Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues
