AP Manager
*Work during pandemic = Home office 100%
*Work after pandemic = Hybrid (20% HO)
Your responsibilities:
Managing of the accounts payable team processing full-cycle transactionsManaging transition of new processes into the shared service center and local implementation of supporting systemsEnsuring that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timelinessStandardizing procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the companyEstablishing and maintaining close and professional partnerships with internal stakeholdersReviewing and managing reports, KPIs, and other key indicators of service delivery performance Our requirements:
Very good knowledge of finance & accounting and a passion for people, processes & improvements5-10 years’ experience in finance processing in a high-volume environment, preferably with a concentration in leading transactional accounting teams within an SSC/BPO environmentMaster’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent accounting certificationExcellent people management skills, preferably 3 years of management experience especially with team leadsAbility to establish and maintain good working relationships across functions and regionsBe able to inspire an environment of continuous improvement and great customer service.Excellent English and Polish skills required, written and verbal.
