Job Responsibilities: 

Supports accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling documents; running software programs.


Job Duties:

  • Manage account receivables on different online travel platform
  • Prepare payments and cash reporting
  • Assist in invoicing and billing
  • Prepare journal entries for month end closing
  • Perform inter company reconciliation
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and account receivable reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly management report



  • Xero Accounting Software experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, independent, results-oriented and strong initiative
  • Capable to work under pressure and minimum supervision
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • At least one year of working experience
