FP&A Manager - FMCG MNC

A FP&A Manager (E-commerce and Offline Retail) handles large amounts of data and transforms them into understandable reports and draws conclusions based on the aggregation of data. Primary focus is to provide high quality data crunching and reports with limited focus on interpretation of the end result.

Client Details

A leading European dairy brand which produces health organic milk is now hiring a FP&A Manager to support its Chinese E-commerce and Offline Retail business teams.

Description

* Delivers efficiently on standard financial tasks in a timely fashion based on direction from senior finance team members and with a low to medium level of support depending on the level of task complexity.
* Contributes to the development and production of BG/BU/Category reporting, by compiling data material and creating reports for the senior finance team.
* Compiles and aggregates data into understandable reports and analyses.
* Documents procedures internally in the reporting entity.
* Ensures that policies and accounting guidelines are followed and that sound judgement on data quality is applied consistently.
* Creates and applies ROIC, IRR, NPV models to investments initiatives.
* Manages small ad hoc finance and accounting projects with low complexity with a limited number of stakeholders.
* Compiles data for forecasting and planning purposes.
* Runs standard reports from systems to support analytical results and decision-making. Is able to slice and dice data as well as drill into data from reports to reveal patterns in data that are not directly visible.
* Prepares presentations for the senior finance team and the foundation for presentations to the senior management team.
* Has a good understanding of financial analytical models and tools and some practical experience in applying the relevant tools to various financial disciplines. Has a basic understanding of accounting principles and how they are applied in practice.

Profile

* Education at bachelor degree and above from top universities.
* At least 8 years of experience within a controlling function, financial planning and analysis is required with at least 3-5 years supporting E-com and 3-5 years supporting Retail/offline business finance
* Can use English as working language
* Familiar with SAP
