As a 2021 FIS University Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 7, 2021 and conclude on August 13, 2021.
About The Team
FIS Loyalty Solutions provides a full suite of products and services designed to help our clients create experiences that engender loyalty and brand advocacy. For more than 25 years FIS has administered card reward programs via our proprietary platform. Today we support over 9,000 programs for more than 3,000 issuers representing in excess of 9,000,000 credit, debit, and prepaid card accounts.
FIS provides both turnkey and full custom loyalty programs that include awards such as merchandise, travel, cash back, gift cards, low point gamification, points as currency and a robust relationship rewards platform that focuses on the entire consumer relationship versus card-based only programs.

What You Will Be Doing
- Competitive research
- Assist with gathering info and stats/metrics for communications to be shared internally and externally
- Assist with client presentations
- Meet and work with various members of the Loyalty Solutions teams
- Provide suggestions for improvements on existing products/services
- Assist Loyalty team to identify and share solutions for improved efficiencies
- Rising Senior (graduating December 2021 through May 2022)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must)
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn
- Proactive, enjoys a cross-functional role and thrives in a collaborate environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
