Job Description

Therole of the Digital Transformation Analyst for Group Wealth Platform is to:
  • Lead developmentand rollout of best in class order management platforms for relationshipmanagers and empower them with seamless straight through product executioncapabilities to deliver exceptional customer experience in Wealth Management
  • Execute GroupWealth Platform for CFS, by actively building channel and product execution capabilitiesto create an engaging and consistent front office experience across multipleplatforms
  • Partner businessleads, technology project manager and external vendors (as required) to deliverdigital agendas within scope, timeline and budget
  • Managerelationships and communicate clearly with key stakeholders on project status, keyrisks and issues
  • Responsible fordevelopment of business requirements, business case, including user acceptancetesting, change management, training, communications as well as redefiningbusiness process and driving the target operating model design
  • Engage crossfunctional stakeholders and ensure wealth capability build supports the frontoffice needs and business objectives of strategic growth, revenue uplift,enhanced customer experience, improved risk management and operationalefficiency
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • A proven track record in delivering Wealth transformationprojects
  • Solid project management, change management andfacilitation skills
  • Strong user centric mindset in designing processes andsolutions
  • Proven ability to perform under a high pressure anddynamic environment
  • Thirst and curiosity for knowledge, continuous learningand improvement
  • Energy and passion to lead and influence stakeholders andfellow colleagues
  • Experience in managing and balancing the needs ofbusiness and IT
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
