Main Target Summary
Collects& defines Business Requirements and Uses a variety of standard and advanced techniques in the elicitation, analysis, documentation and management of requirements.
Person is accountable for providing detailed analysis about the anomaly of the key Performance Indicators. Building and managing smarter solutions including predictive models using existing tools for better managing business processes.

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and produce actionable business insights out of it.
• Identify and reconcile errors in data to ensure the accuracy of the data before publishing the KPI to stakeholders

Business Processes/ Continuous Improvement
• Interpret business needs: Defines and documents customer business functions and processes. Consults with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
• Working with business to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes through facilitation, elicitation, visual modelling and critical thinking.

Communication/ Project Management
• Collaborate & communicate effectively with business and technical sponsors, executives and stakeholders.
• Uses a set of tasks and techniques to work as a liaison among and elicit the needs of stakeholders to define and validate solutions that meet business needs, goals, or objectives. Analyses and synthesizes information elicited from stakeholders, defines and manages the plan to deliver requirements, documents and manages requirements throughout the project life-cycle.

Requirement
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint. (Excel - Pivot tables, Macros, advanced formulas. Access - queries and database management. PowerPoint - Be able to create decks from scratch, modify charts, and import macros)
• 5+years experience in project/program management with demonstrated track record of deliverables and ROI and business adoption
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and in configuring, designing, building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools (Business Objects, Power BI, SAS Visual Analytics, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office 365 & PowerPoint
• Must have strong analytical skills. Analytical skills are used to identify/evaluate problem situations for improvement opportunities and make recommendations as applicable.
• Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet critical deadline
• Self-motivated, ability to prioritize work and multi-task across many assignments in a fast-paced work environment

• Experience with creating ETLs using SSIS and SQL scripts.
• Excellent hands-on experience with Tableau Dashboard, Tableau Server and understand the data warehouse concepts.
• Good knowledge on any one of these data analytics tools: R, Python, Alteryx etc
• Experience on CRM tools like Salesforce.com
• Exceptional analytical skills; the ability to see patterns and trend in an unstructured data, analysing data with strong statistical, quantitative modelling, and forecasting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires effective communication with multiple organizations
• six Sigma Belt Green Belt or Black Belt certified strongly desired or equivalent proficiency in various project management tools
• Qualifications / Certifications in Lean Practices a distinct advantage
