Finance Director $6,737 - $7,181 per month

Community Services Consortium is part of a nationwide network of over 1,000 anti-poverty agencies focused on connecting people with resources to meet basic needs and improve lives. We are the largest social services provider in our region, serving Linn, Benton and Lincoln Counties.

Our Finance Director position serves as the agency Financial Officer and reports directly to the Executive Director. The position is responsible for all agency financial/accounting operations and assures compliance with governmental accounting auditing standards, Oregon Budget Law, and rules regarding contracts and grants received and/or administered by the agency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of governmental or grant accounting and at least five years of progressively responsible accounting or business management experience. Successful applicants will have excellent written and oral communication skills for a variety of audience, professional level computer and data analytic skills, and a genuine passion for helping our neighbors in Linn, Benton and Lincoln Counties.
  • 40 hours per week M-F. Occasional remote work opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent, plus at least five years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or business management with an emphasis in governmental or grant accounting.

Must have a valid driver's license for business travel to various work locations.
