RPS is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer with excellent attention to detail and time management skills to join our finance team based in Fortitude Valley. This position will suit an accounts payable officer or an experienced administration extraordinaire as you will be responsible for the processing of invoices, statement reconciliation, record keeping and ad-hoc reporting for various offices.
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play an important role in developing and maintaining a professional working relationship with our internal stakeholders, whilst providing prompt and professional accounts payable services to your own portfolio.

Job Description
- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable (minimum 1 year);
- Accurately coding and processing high volume invoices on a daily basis;
- Adding and maintaining accurate vendor information
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
- Preparing payment runs - EFT, BPay and international payments;
- Excellent investigative skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Willingness to make recommendations and take ownership of a role; and
- Recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, MYOB or Navision is desirable
- Must be based in Brisbane and have eligibility to work in Australia
