Job PurposeContribute to business performance via Financial and Business Planning & AnalysisEnsure efficient financial control according to legal, local and global policies and proceduresContribute to the maximisation of the mature portfolio via optimisation of commercial opportunities and reactive business development initiativesProvide relevant financial data to stakeholders, robust analysis and explanation of variances. ResponsibilitiesFinancial controlling and Business Partnering:Provide financial expertise and input to stakeholders: new projects, business cases, investments/divestments, acquisitions etc.Support the Budget and Planning Exercises preparation, coordinating with functional areas and ensuring UK and Nordics performance ratios are aligned with corporate guidelines.Execute monthly Reporting Packages, Net sales and Opex variance analysis.Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closings with Accounting and local auditors.Monitors and controls local accounting following corporate and local guidelines.Monthly reconciliation of the Nordic payroll.Accounting, Accounts Payable and Tax:Manage internal and external accounting guidelines (IFRS and local GAAPs).Liaise with external and internal auditors to obtain clean Audit Reports.Collaboration with Global Shared Services in HQ (Accounts Payable, Accounting and Tax).Manage local tax compliance by liaising with external tax advisor and Global Tax.Key CompetenciesOur vision and strategy: is committed to delivering the vision and goals.Value insight: Values and proactively shares and uses insights gained to support own decision making and, where relevant, that across the organisation.Be best self: Build an environment where self and team can achieve their best.
