- Previous office or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
- Ability to receive instructions and clearly explain problems or situations
- Must be team orientated
- Ability to communicate verbally and written
- Ability to accurately maintain files
- Salesforce experience (Preferred)
- Contracting Industry knowledge a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of scheduling, work orders, and invoices
- Ordering and Tracking inventory
- Bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience a plus)Provide support and assistance with general office work such as building vendor/client relationships, customer service, data entry, filing, etc.
- Answer telephones and assist callers by taking messages and properly communicating to members of our staff
- Directing communications and correspondence with clients, vendors, and service partners
- Provide administrative office support including emails, letters, phone calls for all members of our staff

- Monday- Friday
- 8am-5pm
