What we're looking for:

You can identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to support problem statements and current state measurement.

You have the ability to design new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability.

You have the keen ability to deep dive into large data sets to answer key business questions using SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation languages.

You will lead deep dive discussions into financial and operational analysis and gap reporting to identify errors, opportunities, and efficiencies across global teams.

Position Overview

The Reporting and Analytics Business Analyst will be responsible for working with cross-functional partners to determine business requirements, establish priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI), and further enhance our reporting and analytics strategy. This includes working with accounting, finance and technology teams to design, develop, and implement tools for enhanced reporting, analysis, dashboards, and insights. This individual will provide actionable insights and deep dive analytics into areas such as Revenue Operations, SEC Reporting, GL Accounting, Accounts Receivable and other back office operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• 3+ years of professional experience in a business analytics/intelligence role utilizing enterprise databases with large-scale, complex data sets performing data mining and deep dive analysis
• Intermediate proficiency of SQL for analysis of large datasets
• Intermediate proficiency of Tableau data visualization tool
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and structures - ability to understand and handle data quality issues and respond to detailed queries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey key insights from complex analysis and ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams

Basic Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of job area obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 2 years; or a PhD without experience
• Must be able to communicate in English reporting to our US Corporate HQ

Preferred Qualifications

• Identify, develop and execute data analyses to monitor financial and operational performance and trends to uncover areas of opportunity.
• Report key insight trends using data analysis tools
• Maintain data integrity of current and future data warehouse
• Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, while automating or simplifying self-service support and access to authoritative data sets
• Own and perform individual deep dive data analyses, including communicating results and implications to business leaders
• Design end user training program to increase awareness of data structures and self-service usage of BI tools
• Learn and understand a broad range of Citrix data resources and know how, when, and which to use
