MISSION AND OBJECTIVES

The FRESH Connect team is part of Finance & Tax Americas organization , it ensures that appropriate solutions are put in place for the Finance (accounting) and Tax organization to meet their business objectives. The team acts as the bridge for the Finance and Tax department to the various other departments within the BNP Paribas group, mainly the business, PMO and technology organizations in New York, New Jersey, London and Mumbai.

The team provides first line user support through training, research and responding to general queries.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a member of the FRESH Connect Team, the business analyst provides first line user support for Finance in house applications called LAP
  • Liaise with the LAP user community and provide functional expertise and consultative support to users
  • Investigate and resolve application and process problems either raised by the user community either linked to batch report issues.
  • Facilitate the communication between team members, business units , IT and PMO organization in New Jersey, London and Mumbai
  • If require provide in addition to LAP support , support for Beacon application and Aladdin
  • Participate to any ad hoc requests


REQUIREMENTS :

TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE :

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of accounting and / or accounting system and / or implementation in the financial services industry
  • Bachelor's degree Finance/Accounting, IT, or both.
  • First line of support (bridge between users & IT) : Support experience required
