Global Markets Group is the offshoring arm of Morgan Stanley’s Sales & Trading businesses in India. It covers functions across IED and Fixed Income Division (FID) ranging from those associated with sales, trading, analytics, strats to risk management.

The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the Europe PB Capital Intro Team. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active and self-motivated person to assist the team in day to day activities.

Job Description

  • Updating & Maintaining PB roadshow details in firm systems
  • Updating firm system with relationship mandates, coverage notes, overviews, performances, etc.
  • Monthly analysis of investor conversations
  • Meeting Calendar maintenance for the team
  • Managing Conference registrations
  • Sending and updating data of client/investor like blurbs etc.
  • Requesting accesses for firm system for clients and filling in the fund info
  • Adding contacts/creating investor entities in firm systems
  • Pulling and saving down fund profiles as they are submitted via firm systems
  • Pre-populate profiles from Word doc to firm system
  • Maintenance of fund tear sheets for a list of clients
  • Monthly snapshot of HF performance
  • Maintenance of various excel spreadsheets involving HF data
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate/MBA with 0-1 year equity market work experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA/Macro will be an added advantage.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactiveness towards learning and executing tasks.
