Permanent full time Assistant Accountant for a Leatherhead based Property and Construction business
Client Details
A well performing property and construction business who will be offering 5 days a week working in the Leatherhead office in a small team where everyone helps and knows each others roles to contribute for the successful running of the company
Description
The role entails:
Intercompany reconciliations and cross entity recharges
Cross charging of work in progress, asset rentals and overheads
Branch accounting
Accruals and prepayments
Assisting with the VAT returns
Bank recs, balance sheet recs
Fixed assets and depreciation
Dealing with cash and bank accounts and journals
Complex cash allocations for different entities
Using the sage system
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Recent relevant experience of the duties in the job description
- Be happy to work 5 days per week in the Leatherhead office
- Sage experience
- A proactive, enthusiastic and investigative outlook and confidence in their own ability / not afraid to speak up and challenge
Job Offer
£26-32K salary based on experience
8.30-5pm or 9-5.30pm
