Our client is a very progressive real estate investment firm that focuses on high yield investments in transitional real estate assets. They currently have over 350 million in AUM.
As a real estate accounting manager you will work directly with the Founder and senior directors. The firm likes to tackle complex transactions, creating success for all parties.
Details:
• Monthly Accounting - Perform review of monthly operating reports
• Quarterly Reporting - Work with the fund administrator and review quarterly reports to investors
• Financial Analysis for the business
• Ad hoc investor requests
• Valuation support with the investment team
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small company with an excellent executive team. The ideal candidate:
• 4+ years of accounting experience ideally within real estate investment or private equity
• Knowledge of fund structures and allocation of capital
• CPA or MBA (nice to have)
